A selection of projects and case studies from complex, real-world systems I’ve designed.
From 2019-2026 I was a Senior Product Designer at Jeppesen, where I led UX for complex aviation platforms used by airlines worldwide. This work spanned AI-enabled workflows, operation simulations, flight control systems for unmanned aircraft, and others.
MedBridge is a healthcare platform supporting continuing education and patient care for physical therapy and rehab. I led end-to-end UX design across web and mobile products, improving usability, engagement, and program adherence for all users.
in8development was a startup I co-founded, where I led the design and product strategy. I owned the product end to end, spanning user research, UX and interface design, interaction models, and product management.
This case study uses a real-world example from my work at Boeing to walk through my user-centered design process, from early research and problem framing through execution and delivery.
I led the $54M redesign of Boeing’s core maintenance data platform used across all aircraft models. The system is the central source of operational and technical information for more than 50,000 users at 350 airlines.
