My Portfolio
This page presents selected projects organized by company, with the most recent work appearing first, highlighting the roles, decisions, and impact behind each body of work.
Jeppesen
Since 2019, I’ve been a Senior Product Designer at Jeppesen, leading UX for complex aviation platforms used by airlines worldwide. This work spans AI-enabled workflows, operation simulations, flight control systems for unmanned aircraft, and airline-integrated collaboration tools.
MedBridge
MedBridge is a digital healthcare platform supporting continuing education and patient care for physical therapy and rehabilitation professionals. During my time there, I led end-to-end UX design across web and mobile products, grounding design decisions in research to improve usability, engagement, and program adherence for clinicians and patients alike.
in8development
in8development was a startup I co-founded, where I led the design and product strategy. Our application was a custom-built Windows application focused on investigative analysis. I owned the product end to end, spanning user research, UX and interface design, interaction models, and product management, working closely with development to bring the MVP to life.
The work culminated in a patented platform for organizing, visualizing, and reasoning complex, multi-source information, establishing a strong foundation for data-driven investigative workflows.
Design Process Case Study
This case study uses a real-world example from my work at Boeing to walk through my user-centered design process, from early research and problem framing through execution and delivery.
Boeing
At Boeing, I worked on large-scale, enterprise software supporting aircraft maintenance and operations across the global airline industry. My primary focus was Maintenance Performance Toolbox, Boeing’s core data delivery platform for all aircraft models on both web and mobile, used as the central source of operational and technical information.
I served as Lead UX Designer for a three-year, $54M initiative to redesign Toolbox, modernizing a system that had not been substantially updated in over 15 years. To ground the work in real-world needs, I founded and led the Maintenance Customer Advisory Board, partnering with airlines to inform research, validation, and design decisions at enterprise scale.
