My Design Process
My process balances the academic, scientific, and personal aspects of design. I believe in building solutions by applying industry best practices (e.g., Jakob Nielsen’s 10 Heuristics, Design Thinking, Pragmatic Marketing, etc.) to my collaborative, user-centered approach. I don’t believe in designing in a vacuum, and cherish the opportunity to review my work directly with the intended end users.
